No Return / No Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

2. Hygiene & Safety Standards

For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hair extensions, and related hair products are classified as personal-use items.

To protect all customers:

  • Returned hair products cannot be restocked or resold

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges, even if the item appears unused or has only been tried on

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier
